Polish Payroll Specialist

hirify.global provides global payroll and payment solutions through a payroll platform for businesses and their employees.

What you will do

• Process and validate accurate monthly payroll results for global customers.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and documentation issues before processing.
• Calculate statutory and occupational sickness, maternity, and paternity payments.
• Cooperate with the Social Security Institution and Tax Office while maintaining Płatnik and ZUS PUE.
• Prepare disability fund submissions, Statistical Office reports, annual PIT declarations, and insurance confirmations.
• Handle customer payroll queries and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Good experience and knowledge of processing Polish payroll.
• Experience with Polish payroll software, including Symfonia or enova365.
• Intermediate or business-level English.
• Good knowledge of current Polish legislation and statutory requirements.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
