Influencer Operator (Health)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Visa sponsorship is available, with relocation support to the United States for qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's creator acquisition channel across micro-, mid-tier, and macro-influencers.
• Source creators in health, longevity, fitness, biohacking, fertility, women's health, and mental performance.
• Structure and negotiate hybrid performance-plus-base deals, including exclusive partnerships and paid usage rights.
• Write and optimize direct-response scripts with creative strategy, developing a playbook of high-converting hooks, formats, and angles.
• Repurpose creator content as paid advertising on Meta and YouTube through a scaled whitelisting program.
• Track CAC, creator performance, monthly creator P&L, and retention of creator-acquired customers while building the influencer team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including at least 2 years leading the function at a DTC brand spending $1M+ annually on creators.
• Experience sourcing and closing deals across micro-, mid-tier, and 1M+ follower macro-creators.
• Experience running a whitelisting program at scale.
• Ability to write direct-response scripts, evaluate creator audiences, and predict CAC within 25%.
• Experience negotiating contracts with creator agents, lawyers, and managers.
• Comfort with high outreach rejection rates and hands-on execution.
