Influencer Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Plan and execute influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and other media channels.
• Develop and align measurement strategies for influencer activities across the marketing funnel.
• Drive operational excellence and maintain high creative quality.
• Conduct structured tests and experiments across media channels and formats.
• Develop, test, and iterate new approaches to scale creative partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2C marketing experience, including experience in influencer or creator marketing.
• Deep understanding of growth mechanics in Japan.
• Independent, proactive work style with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Native Japanese and business English are mandatory.
• Familiarity with marketing measurement strategies and their execution.
