Intern – Operations Benelux

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work model with an office-first setup

hirify.global operates an international bus network and partners with regional bus operators across the Benelux.

What you will do

• Support daily administrative operations, manage the operations inbox, and respond to partner queries.
• Assist with KPI analysis, reporting, and actionable insights for bus partners and internal teams.
• Automate operational workflows and repetitive tasks using digital and AI tools.
• Draft and distribute the monthly Benelux newsletter and support internal and external communications.
• Conduct on-site station visits, prepare structured field reports, and identify operational improvements.
• Support the development and maintenance of long-term partnerships across the Benelux network.

Requirements

• HBO-level education in Tourism, Business Administration, Logistics, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Dutch and/or French.
• Strong attention to detail and a precise approach to work.
• Proactive, autonomous working style with ownership of assigned tasks.
• Genuine interest in digital tools, automation, and scalable process improvement.
