TL;DR
Principal Supply Chain Specialist (MedTech): Owning and continuously improving international end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, distribution, and order fulfilment with an accent on scalable process design, ERP capabilities, and cross-functional transformation. Focus on translating business requirements into future-state systems and processes, leading complex initiatives without formal authority, and supporting transitions to direct distribution models.
Location: Weert, Netherlands. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance and work onsite at least two days per week.

What you will do
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end international supply chain processes across planning, inventory, forecasting, logistics, distribution, and order fulfilment.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable ways of working that improve operational performance and customer experience.
- Lead complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects without formal authority.
- Support Orion and future system implementations by translating business requirements into functional processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Customer Care, Finance, Quality, IT, and external partners while maintaining strategic oversight.
- Support transitions from distributor-based models to direct distribution and regional growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain, logistics, distribution, order fulfilment, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes in an international environment.
- Experience designing, documenting, implementing, governing, and continuously improving end-to-end business processes.
- Strong ERP, reporting, systems, and analytical capabilities, including translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Demonstrated project-management and change-management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across regional, functional, senior leadership, and external-partner audiences.
- Regular onsite work in the Weert office is required, with at least two days onsite per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Quality System Regulations, GMP, ISO, privacy, trade, customs, and other applicable compliance requirements.
- Experience transitioning from distributor-based models to direct distribution models and supporting regional growth initiatives.
