Senior Engineer, Technology Development (High Voltage BCD)

What you will do

• Execute engineering splits on development lots.
• Test devices and generate technical reports.
• Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability testing teams to address process and reliability issues.
• Own development lots while building expertise in high-voltage process and device development.
• Support high-voltage test-structure layout and device optimization.

Requirements

• Degree or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
• 2–3 years of experience in process integration or technology development.
• Good understanding of CMOS and high-voltage process schemes.
• Good understanding of device physics and design of experiments for process development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
