Senior Software Engineer (Generative AI)

Salary: $150,000–$198,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build systems and tools that enable the use of Generative AI technologies in enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable end-to-end machine learning pipelines for distributed systems with GPUs, TPUs, and other heterogeneous hardware.
• Research and implement efficient approaches for training and fine-tuning generative models with data scientists.
• Define and lead the long-term development of the C3 Generative AI Suite with product owners.
• Own the full software engineering lifecycle and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent Python programming skills and strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, profiling, optimization, object-oriented programming, and functional programming.
• In-depth understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with experience applying them in production systems.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models and demonstrated interest in Generative AI technologies.
• Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership and strong listening and explanation skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced software company.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java and JavaScript.
• Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced software company.
