What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications for customer self-service across voice, IVR, chat, SMS, and email.
• Build and optimize multi-agent systems that support intelligent decision-making, automation, and customer experience improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Develop applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platforms using microservices and extensible REST APIs.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, monitoring, and availability through architecture, testing, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Evaluate distributed-systems and AI research and introduce suitable approaches and tools into production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with Python or Java and 4+ years working with open-source frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and deploying machine learning models or LLMs in production.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud solutions with Azure, AWS, GCP, or another cloud provider.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platforms; 2+ years is preferred.
• Experience with architecture and design, microservices, REST APIs, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, PowerShell, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
