What you will do
- Lead day-to-day business operations and spearhead strategic projects.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Support customer deployments and manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Handle analytical tasks, contract reviews, and resource planning for executive decision-making.
- Execute high-level priorities to support the company's rapid growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Redwood City, CA or willing to work on-site.
- 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking.
- Ideally 2+ years in BizOps, Chief of Staff, or a similar high-growth startup role.
- High agency and ability to solve unfamiliar problems from first principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex problems into actionable plans.
