What you will do

• Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
• Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
• Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
• Represent ActAI at events, communities, and external engagements.
• Work with founders on strategic initiatives and own projects from concept through execution.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently with limited structure.
• Strong execution skills and a bias toward action.
• High ownership and willingness to take on unfamiliar challenges.
