Partnerships Business Operations Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid attendance required at least 25% of the time

Annual salary: $170,000–$215,000 USD

What you will do

• Own intake for new partner operations process requests, including triage, scoping, and prioritization.
• Design partner operations workflows, documentation, requirements, service levels, and reporting from zero to one.
• Build, run, and improve Claude-powered AI automations and workflows from prototype to production.
• Manage registration, referral, incentive, application, and onboarding processes while maintaining decision-grade data.
• Encode program policies into systems, maintain the partner record of truth, and enable partners and internal go-to-market teams.
• Lead special operations projects and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Legal.

Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking, ideally combined with 1–3+ years in business operations, partner or channel operations, product operations, or a comparable technology role.
• Strong project management skills and experience influencing cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Hands-on experience creating and improving AI workflows with Claude or similar tools at operational volume.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting platforms such as Hex, Looker, or similar tools.
• Analytical ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience with deal registration systems, partner relationship management platforms, commission management tools, or Salesforce.
• Experience at an AI/ML or fast-scaling technology company.
• Experience designing partner or channel programs, including tiering and benefits.
• Experience standing up operational processes, service levels, and reporting from scratch.
• Experience on a tiger team or task force solving high-priority problems.
