Strategy & Operations Manager (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year plus substantial equity

What you will do

• Own the commercial engine, including pricing approvals, contract review, order forms, billing handoffs, renewals, and CRM integrity.
• Build financial models, dashboards, board materials, burn and runway analyses, and forecasting processes.
• Run hiring operations across requisitions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and organizational design.
• Scale customer delivery by designing project management systems for enterprise onboarding and Forward-Deployed Engineering.
• Design company operating cadences, playbooks, tooling, and SOPs while eliminating recurring manual work.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects with no predefined functional owner.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, or a chief of staff role at a high-growth startup.
• Experience with financial modeling, numerical analysis, and presenting business assumptions and results to senior leadership or a board.
• Systems-oriented approach with a bias toward action, iteration, and automation.
• Customer-focused, ambitious, and comfortable working across commercial operations, finance, hiring, delivery, and strategy.
• Must work on-site in New York City.
