Location: Frankfurt, Germany; onsite in the office 5 days per week

Salary: €66,017.03–€75,919.59 gross annual, with potential bonuses or other variable compensation.

hirify.global provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, storage, and sales services for trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Supervise department staffing, training, scheduling, task assignment, and staff productivity.
• Set production goals, plan schedules, and ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
• Develop team skills, maintain morale, and create an efficient and rewarding work environment.
• Improve procedures, reduce errors, maintain accurate records, and address operational issues.
• Ensure team members use appropriate resources and follow company, safety, attendance, and security policies.
• Support third-party partners through customer-facing communication and service-level improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing third-party client relationships or working in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of trading cards, tickets, and other sports and non-sports collectibles, together with strong communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in PSA authentication and grading standards.
• Ability to travel occasionally to other sites.
