Supply & Demand Planner (Robotics)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the master production schedule and equipment availability outlook, publishing committable dates to Sales.
• Operate the SIOP process by translating pipeline probability into build authorizations and capacity checks.
• Plan material coverage for committed and probable deployments to keep equipment ready for demand.
• Own inventory plans across production, headquarters, and field stocking locations, including min/max levels, safety stock, reorder triggers, and sourcing strategy.
• Develop lifetime-buy and service-parts strategies for the legacy fleet using reliability data and remaining contract life.
• Partner with purchasing, sourcing, Finance, and Service Delivery logistics on inventory execution, classification, reserves, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in supply/demand planning or S&OP within manufacturing.
• Hands-on ownership of MPS/MRP in an ERP environment.
• Inventory optimization experience with accountability for availability and working-capital outcomes across multiple stocking locations.
• Experience owning a cross-functional SIOP or equivalent operating rhythm.
• Ability to manage inventory value, safety stock, reorder policies, and deployment readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience with build-to-availability planning where delivery dates support sales.
• Service or spare-parts planning for fielded equipment tied to contractual uptime.
• End-of-life or lifetime-buy planning experience.
• NetSuite or SAP MRP experience and APICS/ASCM CPIM certification.
• Capital equipment, robotics, or RaaS background.
