Compliance Analyst (SAP/Ariba)

Location: USA remote with up to 10% travel to client and customer locations

Salary: $71,000–$97,900 per year, plus benefits

What you will do

• Monitor procurement transactions in SAP and Ariba for compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Validate the accuracy and timeliness of goods receipts.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions involving purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices, and vendor transactions.
• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Receiving, and business stakeholders to remediate compliance issues.
• Conduct audits, document findings, and report compliance metrics, trends, and risks.
• Support period-end reviews, reporting, procedures, training materials, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, finance operations, accounts payable, compliance, or a related function.
• Experience with SAP and procurement platforms such as Ariba.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with project-based or percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Knowledge of procurement, project accounting, or financial control processes.
• Experience with compliance reporting and KPI development.
• Familiarity with SOX controls or internal audit practices.
