Rebates Global Process Owner Analyst

Location: Hybrid work model in the United States, with primary location in Folsom, California, and additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Annual salary: $116,160–$195,980 USD.

What you will do

• Own and standardize product-level rebate accrual and inventory/payment methodologies through GRASP and TPT FIFO processes.
• Drive automation and AI enhancements for accrual algorithms, financial systems, operational reporting, and process execution.
• Maintain exception rules, override governance, enablement templates, guidance, and tooling using Excel, Power Query, and macros.
• Support rollout, UAT simulations, cutover readiness, onboarding, stabilization, and edge-case resolution.
• Partner with accounting, IT, regional representatives, rebate analysts, controls, audit, and compliance stakeholders.
• Support Vistex/V4 readiness and adoption, financial modeling, performance measurement, and rolling forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a master’s degree, in rebates accounting or operations.
• Experience with accrual methodologies, forecasting, variance analysis, and end-to-end process understanding.
• Strong analytical and tooling skills, including advanced Excel and data-driven models.
• Experience driving organizational adoption through training, user enablement, and stakeholder support across global teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours across multiple geographies and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOX-relevant processes, controls, and audit interactions.
• Experience with Vistex, ECC, V4, Python, Power Query, VBA macros, or KNIME.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to explain model logic, risks, limitations, and exception rationale.
