Senior Associate (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States; active P&C or Personal Lines Agent License required in the resident state. Flexible availability is required within operating hours of 7:00 AM–2:00 AM EST, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: Starting at $19 per hour, plus possible performance-based bonuses, incentive pay, or commissions.

What you will do

• Provide knowledgeable and professional service to insurance customers and agents.
• Handle approximately 50 inbound and outbound calls per day involving property and casualty policies and billing.
• Process policy changes and resolve service issues using multiple internal systems.
• Document customer interactions, policy updates, and resolutions accurately.
• Meet customer experience, quality, handle-time, adherence, and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues on service trends, customer issues, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agent License in the resident state.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior customer service or call center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage back-to-back calls, difficult customers, multiple systems, and flexible schedule changes.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated work-from-home environment.
• Ability to complete a typing test at 24 WPM with 80% accuracy and other pre-employment assessments.
