Claim Associate - Auto- Hybrid

Location: Bloomington, Illinois; hybrid, with time split between working from home and working in the office. Training may require a higher percentage of in-office work.

Salary: $44,833.75–$51,703.75 per year, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 9% of base salary.

What you will do

• Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Support customers through personalized, caring, and straightforward claims interactions.
• Investigate auto insurance claims proactively.
• Apply policy coverage and make accurate claim-related decisions.
• Document claim files accurately across technical platforms.
