Senior Signal Integrity Engineer

What you will do

• Build 2.5D/3D electromagnetic models for high-speed channels, package substrates, connectors, and PCB stackups.
• Run time- and frequency-domain simulations for SerDes, DDR, HBM, and other high-speed interfaces.
• Perform AC/DC power delivery network analysis covering impedance targets, transient noise, and IR drop.
• Provide layout constraints, stackup recommendations, routing rules, and optimized package, connector, and via designs.
• Validate simulations in the lab using VNAs, TDRs, BERTs, and real-time oscilloscopes, correlating measurements with models.
• Debug signal integrity and power integrity issues during board bring-up and automate simulation flows and design checks with Python and TCL.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of practical experience in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and power integrity.
• Strong knowledge of transmission line theory, S-parameters, crosstalk, jitter, EMI/EMC, and PDN concepts.
• Hands-on proficiency with Ansys HFSS/SiWave, Cadence Sigrity/Allegro, Keysight ADS, or HSPICE.
• Experience analyzing PCIe, 56G/112G/224G SerDes, DDR4/5, or HBM interfaces.
• Experience with VNAs, TDRs, high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, probing techniques, and model-to-hardware correlation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with high-speed PCB laminates, stackups, via designs, and manufacturing trade-offs.
• Experience writing Python or TCL scripts to automate EDA tools.
