Oregon Licensed Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy)

What you will do

• Conduct telemedicine patient intake and follow-up consultations to evaluate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy eligibility.
• Prescribe medication and monitor patient outcomes.
• Recommend treatment plan changes based on medication response and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with hirify.global psychotherapists and care coordinators.
• Provide feedback on the care management system and report to the Lead Clinician and leadership team.

Requirements

• Active license to practice in Oregon and DEA registration.
• At least one year of psychiatry-related experience after board certification; one year of PMHNP psychiatric experience is preferred.
• Experience prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate.
• Comfort prescribing for anxiety and depression.
• Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information into effective, evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced telehealth environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
• Experience with Slack, G Suite, Zoom, or similar tools.
