What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and determine whether treatment is appropriate for each client.
• Educate clients about the science, safety, and treatment experience.
• Prescribe Spravato and TMS using clinical protocols and professional judgment.
• Deliver personalized, client-centered care and build trust throughout treatment.
• Improve clinical protocols and the care model using insights from client work.
• Contribute to telehealth, clinical leadership, mentoring, protocol design, and future psychedelic-assisted treatment programs.

Requirements

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with active DEA registration in Texas.
• Based in the Austin, Texas metro area or willing to relocate within 3 months.
• Confidently conduct complex psychiatric evaluations.
• Strong commitment to psychedelic therapy and evidence-based treatments.
• Warm, professional, client-centered communication and a commitment to clinical excellence.
