Capital Markets Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work in the NYC office

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Support relationships with existing and potential capital partners and manage deliverables throughout fundraising processes.
• Help structure, negotiate, and execute debt financing transactions, including warehouse facilities and asset-backed securitizations.
• Build and refine analytical tools for financing strategy evaluation, debt execution optimization, and future financing-stage modeling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit, Sales, Risk, and Data Engineering on cross-functional portfolio initiatives.
• Deliver accurate financial reports, troubleshoot data aggregation issues, conduct daily portfolio analyses, and handle ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in capital markets, treasury, investment banking, financial services, consulting, or operations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, strong financial modeling skills, and hands-on SQL experience for querying and analyzing disparate data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, multitask, and deliver high-quality work.

• Direct exposure to structured finance, asset-backed securitization, or warehouse facility management.
