FP&A Manager (Workday Adaptive)

What you will do

• Review and maintain the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, including models, integrations, data structures, reporting, and security.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities, then drive planning platform enhancements through completion.
• Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to translate business needs into planning models and solutions.
• Source, load, and validate forecast inputs while maintaining accurate and timely planning data.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile integrations between Adaptive and source systems.
• Train and support end users, mentor colleagues in Adaptive best practices, and document processes, configurations, and assumptions.

Requirements

• Background in FP&A, with an understanding of financial modelling principles and finance processes.
• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience covering integrations, modelling, reporting, and security; experience with at least one implementation is preferred within this requirement.
• Experience building and maintaining Adaptive data structures, models, and integrations, including reconciliation between Adaptive and source systems.
• Ability to critically review inherited models and systems, improve them, and scale them.
• Strong business partnering skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LLM tools and openness to using technology as an enabler.
• Experience mentoring colleagues in Adaptive.
