FP&A Manager (Financial Modelling)

hirify.global is a quantitative investment manager with a Financial Planning & Analysis function supporting strategic decision-making.

What you will do

• Develop new planning models as the FP&A function expands across the business.
• Maintain and enhance three-statement financial planning models within the EPM platform.
• Build financial models and business cases for investments, initiatives, forecasts, and strategic decisions.
• Source, load, validate, and analyse financial and non-financial forecast inputs with stakeholders across the business.
• Investigate model and data errors, ensuring the integrity of planning outputs.
• Support EPM integrations, reporting outputs, process improvement, and the use of LLM tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, finance, financial planning, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling principles, ideally including three-statement models.
• Experience with an Enterprise Performance Management tool such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Vena.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with LLM tools and strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, and deadline-management skills.
• Experience building business cases and financial models for investments or strategic decisions is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualisation, including graphs and dashboards.
• General understanding of SQL, Python, or M.
