Implementation Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding by understanding client needs, configuring accounts, and delivering tailored training.
• Create and execute client-specific implementation plans while coordinating internal and external stakeholders and meeting SLAs.
• Use product data and customer insights to optimize setups, increase adoption, and support account expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning hirify.global capabilities with customer processes and supporting retention and satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback and feature requests with Product teams and propose improvements to onboarding and adoption processes.
• Partner with Account Executives on qualified upsell opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or Project Manager in a high-growth SaaS environment, or a relevant degree as a recent graduate.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand hirify.global software in depth.
• Native or near-native English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concretely.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-growing environment; fintech experience is preferred.
