UX Researcher (AI)

Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid mode with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and other research throughout the product lifecycle.
• Synthesize customer conversations, product analytics, support data, and market research into actionable product recommendations.
• Test new and existing cloud console features with realistic scenarios and qualified ML engineering, cloud development, and DevOps participants.
• Research user expectations and mental models for AI-assisted and agentic infrastructure workflows, including trust, control handoff, and error recovery.
• Benchmark UX across cloud platforms and developer tools, establish baselines, and track quality over time.
• Define research frameworks, repositories, and quantitative UX metrics in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX Research, User Research, Product Research, or a related field.
• End-to-end qualitative and quantitative research experience, including interviews, usability testing, survey design, and synthesis.
• Technical fluency with cloud infrastructure or developer tooling sufficient to design realistic research tasks and evaluate findings.
• Experience translating research findings into product recommendations and working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Experience creating research plans, frameworks, and repositories.
• Strong communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, user-centered design, and product development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology, AI, SaaS, or scale-up environment.
• Familiarity with product analytics and behavioral data analysis.
• Experience establishing research practices in a growing organization.
