What you will do

• Maintain SAP production order releases to provide materials on time for manufacturing and engineering.
• Reschedule material requirements to align production orders with manufacturing commitments and BOM requirements.
• Perform pre-shortage analysis, work order variance analysis, and MRP execution reviews.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve material issues for assemblies in work in progress.
• Manage inventory in a storage location according to velocity requirements.
• Attend production meetings and report material shortage commitment dates.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in material planning or a related discipline.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to daily work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information in straightforward situations.
• Follow best-known methods and quality management system documentation for material allocation, DMR/MRB replacement, and return-to-stock processes.
