What you will do
- Partner with executives to build and scale the financial operations function.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and complex scenario modeling.
- Manage end-to-end payroll for domestic and international teams using tools like Deel.
- Improve AP/AR processes to support a combined B2C/B2B business model.
- Turn raw financial data into actionable insights for operational and strategic growth.
- Prepare board and investor reporting materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial operations, planning, and analysis.
- Hands-on approach to building financial models and systems.
- Ability to work directly with cross-functional teams including Product, Growth, and Operations.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation to the United States are available for the right candidate.
