SAP TM Consultant (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead SAP TM solution design, configuration, and implementation on client projects.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and design end-to-end transportation management solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and test scripts.
• Support system integration, UAT, go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements, solution presentations, demos, discovery sessions, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate work across multiple time zones, including availability during late hours and critical project phases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP TM implementation and configuration experience, including at least two full end-to-end lifecycles from design to go-live.
• Expertise in supply chain and logistics processes, including transportation planning, freight settlement, and carrier management.
• Experience facilitating workshops, analyzing business processes, and translating requirements into functional and technical SAP TM solutions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting solutions to technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage a workstream within larger programs.
• Polish at B2 level and English at B2 level required.
