TL;DR

Senior Manager - HR Technology (Workday/ServiceNow): Designing and operating the HR technology ecosystem to enable people strategy with an accent on technical architecture and platform integration. Focus on optimizing Workday and ServiceNow, governing data flows, and implementing scalable technical solutions to improve employee experience.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX, spending at least four full days each week in the office

What you will do

  • Lead the technical execution and delivery of the HR technology roadmap, ensuring platforms are configured, integrated, and optimized.
  • Serve as the technical SME for core platforms including Workday and ServiceNow, defining architecture and configuration standards.
  • Own the integration strategy across HR systems, including API standards, middleware/iPaaS patterns, and data integrity.
  • Partner with Security, Privacy, and Identity Management teams to ensure platforms meet access control and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and hold systems integrators accountable for technical quality and delivery.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including AI capabilities, to enhance HR processes and experiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Deep platform knowledge of Workday (HCM, Talent, Compensation) and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing global teams.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes ("hire to retire") and security/privacy compliance for HR data.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must comply with the workplace model of working in-office at least four days a week.

Nice to have

  • Workday Pro or ServiceNow HRSD certification.
  • Experience with HR tech implementations, system migrations, or enterprise SaaS release cycles.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS, API management, or event-based integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with workforce analytics and AI-driven HR tools.
