Workday HCM Analyst

Salary: $140,500–$193,000 per year

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Core HCM and Security solutions.
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of end-to-end Workday system solutions.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions while maintaining data integrity across HR systems.
• Manage the intake, scoping, sizing, and execution of Workday enhancements through JIRA.
• Analyze new Workday features and own unit, regression, pre-launch testing, release planning, and sign-off.
• Provide consultative guidance on process improvement, technology, data quality, compliance, and governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Workday functional expert in Core HCM and Security.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and analyze complex challenges under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
