What you will do
- Lead and manage complex software implementation projects from initiation through closure.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, implementing strategic solutions when needed.
- Manage and motivate project teams to deliver work effectively.
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation completion.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives across the Professional Services project management practice.
Requirements
- Education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or relevant experience.
- Proven leadership, management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile and Scrum.
