Senior Technical Project Manager (FinTech)

Location: Remote; hiring in Latin America

What you will do

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, escalations, and delivery blockers.
• Facilitate technical discussions and communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support production releases and large-scale product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Ability to discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level and availability to work from Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based POS platforms.
• Experience with payment processing or payment systems.
• Experience in retail technology, FinTech, or enterprise commerce platforms.
