Senior Program Manager (Cloud-Based POS/Enterprise Software): Driving complex technical initiatives across engineering, architecture, and product teams with an accent on cross-team coordination, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on removing delivery blockers, managing risks and escalations, supporting production releases, and improving collaboration across multiple teams.

What you will do

Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, escalations, and delivery blockers.
Facilitate technical discussions and communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
Support production releases and large-scale product initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development.
Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
Ability to discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD.
Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams.
Upper-Intermediate+ English level required. Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are also required.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud-based POS platforms.
Experience with payment processing or payment systems.
Experience in retail technology, FinTech, or enterprise commerce platforms.
