Senior Business Value Consultant, Oil & Gas (Robotics)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Workplace: Hybrid; travel to customer sites approximately 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Advise strategic Oil & Gas accounts on use cases, solution fit and measurable business value.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects on ROI models, business cases and deployment concepts.
• Conduct site evaluations and scope deployments against operational requirements, facility constraints and success criteria.
• Define Value Realization Plans covering applications, milestones, integrations and expansion paths.
• Guide customer deployment and adoption, remove blockers and increase speed to value.
• Bring customer feedback and deployment insights to Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Significant pre-sales and/or customer success experience in Oil & Gas or a closely related industrial environment.
• Experience selling, scoping or managing complex APM, industrial software, industrial IoT or robotics solutions.
• Ability to build ROI cases and present business value to plant leadership, operational stakeholders and executives.
• Strong project leadership, structured planning, milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Engineering degree or comparable technical background with credibility across product, solution and deployment topics.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial robotics, autonomous inspection or remote operations.
• Knowledge of chemicals or other process industries alongside Oil & Gas.
• Technical familiarity with Linux, networking, ROS, Git or Python.
• German language skills.
