FP&A Analyst (AI/SaaS)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid with 1 day in the office

What you will do

• Maintain assigned components of integrated financial and operating models using actuals, approved budgets, forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivities.
• Prepare valuation, scenario, and pro-forma analyses for acquisition evaluation, diligence, and integration.
• Produce recurring financial analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
• Investigate financial and SaaS metric movements by testing assumptions and operating levers.
• Apply AI and spreadsheet automation to recurring modeling, validation, and analytical workflows while verifying outputs.

Requirements

• Experience applying three-statement modeling, operating-model, and accounting principles.
• Understanding of SaaS revenue recognition, cost treatment, bottom-up forecasting, driver-based modeling, and SaaS unit economics.
• Knowledge of valuation, purchase accounting, pro-forma modeling, consolidation, and acquisition integration concepts.
• Understanding of revenue drivers, cost structures, operating levers, spreadsheet modeling, and financial-data workflows.
• Ability to maintain accurate, traceable, and timely financial outputs and validate AI-assisted analysis.
