Company
operates a SaaS business and is expanding its global Financial Planning & Analysis team.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning using SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and GRR.
- Analyze financial data, business trends, and KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations on pricing models, product investments, cost optimization, and business strategy.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards and present complex financial information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support monthly close, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and gross margin analysis for SaaS products.
- Improve financial systems, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and optimize outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a related role, including SaaS financial operations.
- Experience building complex financial models and understanding SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, and churn.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Data visualization and BI experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Intacct, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA certification.
