What you will do

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, software, cloud, SaaS, and AI-related contracts.
• Provide legal support for technology-enabled and AI-driven client engagements, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advise on intellectual property, licensing, competition law, and the legal ownership of AI-generated outputs.
• Enhance contracting standards, policies, and risk management frameworks across Central Europe.
• Collaborate with the Global Legal Team to develop knowledge-sharing templates and legal playbooks.
• Leverage and contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled legal tools and innovative ways of working.

Requirements

• German qualified lawyer / “Volljurist” (First and Second Staatsexamen)
• 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
• Native-level or business-fluent (written and spoken) German and English
• Strong background in law firms; in-house experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple complex commercial matters in a fast-paced environment.
