Candidate Experience Lead (Recruiting)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; onsite in the office 5 days per week

Salary: €41,714.58–€55,167.54 gross annually, with potential bonus or other variable compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate progression, communications, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and pipeline data.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, baseline tests, candidate logistics, and local team support.
• Act as the first point of contact and advocate for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Identify recruiting process improvements, maintain data accuracy, and support the development of the coordination function.
• Support Germany-specific hiring and pre-employment processes, including GDPR-compliant candidate data handling and international candidate documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in service-oriented or customer-facing roles, including at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Interest in talent acquisition or human resources; recruiting or coordination experience is beneficial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volumes of candidates and emails.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity, prioritize multiple demands, and solve problems in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Fluent German and English required.
