hirify.global operates an experienced-hire recruiting function supporting technology teams across its Asia offices.

What you will do

• Support the experienced-hire recruiting team in identifying, interviewing, and hiring technology professionals.
• Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date.
• Schedule interviews and manage recruiting calendars.
• Coordinate live interviews and support recruiting tools and platforms.
• Help deliver a warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented candidate experience.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of professional experience; recruiting, HR, or operations experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills for working with colleagues, candidates, search firms, and external partners.
• Ability and willingness to learn new recruiting systems and tools.
• Fluent English required.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT to work more efficiently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Gem, Jira, or Tableau.
• Recruiting, HR, or operations experience.
