What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Build talent pipelines for robotics, consumer electronics, engineering, and other technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruiting activity, maintain ATS records, generate reports, and improve sourcing and hiring processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience in an executive search firm, recruiting agency, RPO, or corporate recruiting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience recruiting for robotics, consumer electronics, automotive, hardware, software, engineering, or related technology positions.
- Strong interpersonal, interviewing, relationship-building, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and standard recruiting tools; ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in robotics, AI, autonomous driving, electric vehicles, or consumer electronics.
- Experience hiring both technical and business professionals.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Experience supporting high-growth startups or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese skills.
