Production Supervisor

Location: Warrington, United Kingdom. Permanent, full-time role working either day or night shifts on a 4-on/4-off schedule.

What you will do

• Lead Section and Team Leaders during assigned shifts and support daily operations with the management team.
• Run team briefings, build an inclusive working culture, and coach colleagues to improve performance.
• Support recruitment, performance conversations, and workplace investigations.
• Maintain safe working practices, team wellbeing, food safety, GMP standards, and equipment checks.
• Monitor OTIF, stock management, labour efficiency, and picking performance using operational data and dashboards.
• Own physical and system-based stock movements through the Warehouse Management System.

Requirements

• Experience leading production, warehouse, retail, or similar operational teams.
• Experience managing layered teams with a strong focus on coaching and development.
• Strong organisation, planning, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and deliver motivating team briefings.
• Experience achieving results through KPI and performance management.
• Comfort using operational systems and dashboards.
