Project Manager (FTC)

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with the option to work from home up to three days per week; working from home for more than 2.5 days per week requires a remote-working assessment.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a strategic programme.
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, benefits, governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans while providing stakeholders with clear visibility of progress and delivery confidence.
• Coordinate resources, workstreams, and delivery teams to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Support business readiness, service transition, and benefits realisation to embed solutions successfully.
• Build effective relationships across business and technology teams, suppliers, and programme sponsors.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology change projects to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality outcomes.
• Strong project planning, governance, RAID management, and dependency management skills within a programme environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business, technology, and third-party partners.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and delivery teams while maintaining delivery momentum.
• Applied knowledge of project delivery methodologies.
