What you will do

• Lead and execute key projects from planning through to successful completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address risks and issues.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage resources and budgets to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the textile and fashion industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China and other production areas.
