Project Manager - Textile & Product Development

Location: Bayreuth, Germany; willingness and ability to travel to China and other production areas is required.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of textile and product development projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, performance, milestones, and key metrics while addressing issues and risks.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders and provide status updates to senior management.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and respond to changes in project scope, requirements, or external factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China and other production areas is required.
