Dynamic Environments Engineer (Aerospace)

Salary: Level 1 range of $95,550–$120,645 annually; Level 2 range of $109,725–$148,470 annually.

What you will do

• Develop vibration, shock, and acoustic environments for the launch vehicle.
• Build physics-based vibroacoustic models through analytical work.
• Support testing through instrumentation selection and data reduction.
• Provide hands-on support for component tests.
• Collaborate with engineers across the organization to achieve test and analysis objectives.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in vibration, shock, and acoustic environment development.
• Ability to perform analytical work and develop physics-based vibroacoustic models.
• Ability to select instrumentation and reduce test data.
• Readiness to work hands-on with component testing, self-direct, move quickly, and learn on the fly.
• Must meet U.S. export-control authorization requirements and be able to prove authorization to work in the United States.
