hirify.global provides a SaaS platform and service model for investment performance measurement, risk analysis, compliance monitoring, and reporting.

What you will do

• Support onboarding of new clients onto the SaaS platform and service model.
• Gather client requirements and help configure solutions for investment measurement, risk, compliance, and reporting needs.
• Guide clients through implementation methodologies and support platform training.
• Contribute to project workstreams by tracking status, issues, risks, and alignment with project plans.
• Troubleshoot client issues and escalate implementation risks to the Project Manager.
• Build stakeholder relationships and document process and product improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–8 years of relevant experience.
• General knowledge of investments and financial markets, including TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures.
• Understanding of vanilla fixed income and equity investments.
• Strong computer, Microsoft Office, communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to investment accounting concepts.
• Experience with derivatives, alternatives, structured products, or fixed income.
