Senior Manager, Implementation (Fintech)

Salary: $138,440.00–$235,350.00 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee high-volume T&M change requests and projects for legacy large financial institution bank platforms.
• Lead complex, multi-month and multi-year implementations for large financial institutions on the A3 SaaS platform.
• Mentor consultants in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, executive communication, and program delivery.
• Guide the translation of customer requirements into technical specifications and coordinate delivery with development and QA teams.
• Lead and develop a team of 5–7 implementation consultants across legacy and new platform workstreams.
• Balance resources, budgets, T&M hours, LOEs, revenue capture, and senior customer escalations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, program management, or implementation delivery within fintech or enterprise SaaS, including 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream engagements for large enterprise or financial institution clients.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical specifications and working with software development teams and integration architectures.
• Ability to manage both high-volume, fast-turnaround delivery and long-duration strategic programs.
• Experience coaching, developing, and holding implementation consultants accountable.
• Knowledge of banking operations, account origination, lending workflows, T&M budgets, LOEs, and revenue recognition.
