Manager, Engagement Management (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead the US Engagement Manager team within the DealCloud business unit, including coaching, resourcing, and professional development.
• Advise Engagement Managers through client implementation challenges and report on key accounts, project portfolios, and escalations.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and participate in steering committee meetings to maintain strong project health and delivery quality.
• Monitor project budgets, validate CRM data, and maintain appropriate controls and risk mitigations.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer from Sales to implementation and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
• Personally project manage SaaS engagements for approximately 20–30% of the role.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering technical projects and programs.
• Experience in Professional Services delivering SaaS implementations and understanding the SaaS delivery model.
• 5+ years of experience leading experienced Project Managers and Engagement Support resources.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across stakeholders while driving customer outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership in a large organization.
• Experience managing organizational and process change.
