Senior Vice President, Client Implementations, Revenue Cycle (REMOTE)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in Franklin, Tennessee. Travel of up to 20% is required.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation team of project managers and analysts responsible for software implementations and service integrations.
• Oversee onboarding, client system conversions, internal onboarding initiatives, solution design, and integration activities for new and existing clients.
• Guide clients and internal teams on integrations with health information systems and clearinghouses, including Epic, Soarian, McKesson, Emdeon, and Experian.
• Manage executive client relationships, resolve reported issues, and ensure delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Develop metrics, reporting, business continuity, scalable operating processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align business and IT roadmaps while supporting proposals, pricing, prospect presentations, new revenue streams, and technology-based projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience implementing complex enterprise software in a software-as-a-service environment, including 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role and experience managing a project management team.
• Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, webinar tools, internet-based systems, Microsoft Project, or similar project planning tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work on time and within budget. PMP certification is preferred but not required.
