TL;DR
Product Manager (Supply Chain): Owning product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for SaaS products spanning fulfillment, transportation, commerce, OMS, WMS, and operational systems with an accent on 0-to-1 product development, customer research, and ambiguous physical-world problems. Focus on translating complex operational needs into shippable requirements, partnering with engineering in an AI-accelerated environment, and measuring product impact through business outcomes.

What you will do
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a product area.
- Research customer and internal stakeholder problems and turn ambiguous needs into product concepts, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship products safely and quickly, including through AI-accelerated engineering workflows.
- Define and report metrics connected to business outcomes.
- Communicate roadmap decisions and tradeoffs to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Understand the operational context of warehouses, carrier integrations, checkout flows, or related product areas.
Requirements
- 3–10+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Experience building roadmaps and making decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication across engineering, operations, and executive audiences.
- Comfort working in an AI-accelerated product development environment and evaluating where AI is useful.
- Strong analytical skills, including data-informed prioritization and direct customer research.
- Curiosity about physical operations and supply chain systems.
Nice to have
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, warehouse, transportation, WMS, TMS, OMS, or ERP systems.
- Experience in a product-led organization, consumer or B2B SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or similar environment.
- Experience building 0-to-1 products or rebuilding and migrating legacy platforms.
- Technical fluency with data models, APIs, and architecture tradeoffs.
