What you will do

• Lead discovery on new product opportunities to identify customer problems and unmet needs.
• Define the problem space, target users, value proposition, and success criteria.
• Shape the product direction, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to move concepts from prototype to launch.
• Define and track early signals of customer value, adoption, and traction.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software, SaaS, or digital products.
• Proven ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product decisions.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and focus on the smallest valuable increment.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Fluency in using AI tools to improve work quality and speed.

Nice to have

• Experience launching a new digital product or leading early-stage product expansion.
• Background in B2B, EdTech, or payments sectors.
• Knowledge of catering operations, kitchen management, or food service workflows.
• Experience with public sector organizations or schools.
