Sr. Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - Canada

Salary: $101,745–$190,000 annually, with equity, benefits, and discretionary bonus potentially available in addition.

What you will do

• Define the strategy and roadmap for hospitality operations products used by Guest Services, Market Operations, and Housekeeping.
• Own the vision and roadmap for the middleware platform powering integrations, automations, and business-wide data flows.
• Lead discovery and delivery of integration and automation opportunities that reduce manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver integrations and complex architectural solutions while balancing immediate delivery with platform resilience.
• Use LLM and other AI technologies to help internal teams find information and solve complex customer and corporate problems.
• Align with Operations, Finance, and adjacent product teams to identify opportunities and manage dependencies, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform, middleware, or enterprise integration products.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data flows, system architectures, and build-versus-buy trade-offs.
• Experience developing reliable, extensible products that automate and integrate transparently.
• Ability to balance long-term product vision and platform resilience with pragmatic delivery of targeted integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional alignment, problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Comfort operating amid ambiguity and shifting Operations priorities.
